I did a clean install on linux mint 20 (based on ubuntu 20.04). Same issue unfortunately, see screenshots.
I had an issue like this before on linux mint 18 and the solution was found by @lubos : mozroots --import --ask-remove see this post Message could not be sent error - #32 by lubos
However mozroots is deprecated so i can not try this solution.
