Please demonstrate if possible as I have tried all methods but not successful
Right click on your business in the first screen or on any hyperlink (blue figures or tabs) and open link in new window. Your default browser will open. Install another browser and copy the URL that you see in the default browser there and see if it improves the view.
Thanks, I did that but still the text and numbers are the same low resolution on Edge and Chrome
Check Version Of Edge Or chrome
Weather They Both are Up-to-date Or not?
Both are latest versions.
The problem is that when I change the language somthing other than English everything looks fine! Which is weird, once returned to english everything becomes fuzzy and blurry including the upper tabs!.
Use step 2
Step 2: Change your Windows appearance settings
If Step 1 doesnât work, try changing your Windows appearance settings. This step is most helpful for displays with high resolution.
- On your Windows computer, click the Start menu:
or
.
- In the search box, type
Appearance
. When you see Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows, click it or press enter. - Next to âSmooth edges of screen fonts,â uncheck the box.
- Click Apply.
- Open Chrome again.
I am on the latest version ( v22.1.3) And everything is fine on my system
Using Server Edition With Chrome , OS Window 11 Pro.
screen image looks like you do not have access to the default font to me
in your Manager installation folder you will find the below files.
right click the highlighted files and Install them. then open Manager and check again.
I agree, especially as it is cross-browser. So if option 2 above does not work he needs to enable English default fonts in the OS.
@sharpdrivetek @Patch
Tried everything guys yet still the problem exists!! Any way to change the font Manager is using on its interface? Might solve the problem.
You are the only one reporting this issue. It is related to your system not Manager.
@eko I tried installing manager on 3 different PCs and the same problem occurs. so I dont see where is the problem in my system.
All will surely have Arabic as their default and hence related fonts. You were advised and shown what to do, but for some reason you have not been able to. Manager is installed on thousands of computers by thousands of people. You use it on 3 of your own systems, ie same person, probably same error with systems settings.
I had the same issue and this was the fix.
Close Program
Navigate to the program folder and right click on the manager icon, choose properties, then the compatibility tab
click change high DPI settings, and check override high DPI scaling behavior.
click ok, then ok again and reopen the program.
@RBRT thanks, this solved a part of the problem but not all of it, the side bar text is clearer but the small text and numbers are still the same as below photo.
Please try the solutions I gave, it is not Manager related.
Dear, I have tried all the solutions that were suggested by you and others yet the problem wasnât solved, my conclusion is that Manager on my system doesnât seem to read the NOTO_SANS font which is the default for Manager and I donât know why, although I have installed it from the MANAGER system file and downloaded it several times and nothing happened, thatâs why I asked earlier, is there a way to change the font used by manager regular text âNumbers, items,âŚetcââŚ
@magedauf, Noto Sans is not the default display font for Manager. See Change GUI font - #4 by lubos. The Noto Sans family was introduced to the program to support PDF generation in all languages. Appropriate fonts in that family may be used for some non-Western-font languages. But you have something else going on.
Compare your screen shot in post #36 with the one below:
For some reason, you are using a different font, probably because you are missing the one intended by the program.
@Tut Thanks for your reply, this is what I have concluded, that Manager is not accessing the font needed to display its interface properly, although all the mentioned fonts in the link you shared with me are installed on my system, when I change the language to Arabic, everything looks fine and text is clear, once I return to English, the text changes to a crisp hard to read letter, starting from the home p0age as below. I donât get why isnât it accessing the font needed!
