Javascript error

Hi,
I updated to Manager desktop version 20.10.55 from 20.9.89 and got javascript error. I have windows 7 x64 as operating system.

You’re really going to have to provide more info. What were you doing at the time?

Can you post a screenshot of the error message?

Not much information and not a widely reported problem.

  • Does it only occur when you go to the support tab and select the forum.

  • Is there other things you can do which do not trigger the error?

I am having the same problem.upon updating to the latest version the new screen shows as is shown in the screen shot sent by @Shital None of the businesses is being opened. Only tabs on the top are clickable.

@Suraj239, what actual version number? “Latest version” is not descriptive. What operating system? If you see an error message, post a screen shot of it.

I am using server 2012 R2. after googling a while I found that turning off ‘IE enhanced security confugaration’ in server dashboard, the problem is solved. Thank you.

@Shital Manager is internally using Internet Explorer. You need to enable Javascript in your Internet Explorer.
