Installation Problems

Hi,

I’m trying to install the latest MAC version on a 2024 machine but keep getting the error message in the image here

At the moment I can’t access Manager at all as it keeps throwing up this message every time I try to install it.

Can anyone help me with this please? I don’t have a clue where to start as I’m not overly Mac friendly in terms of deeper usage like changing file permissions etc. Happy to roll back to an earlier version of that solves the problem.

What do you do just before getting this error? What are you clicking on? On downloaded DMG file? Or on application within DMG file? Please show screenshot what action is triggering this error.

The error came up when I tried to open Manager after installing from the DMG file. There was no hint during installation that an error had occurred. Trying to run it after installation produces the error in the image and I can’t get any further than this.

I’m not sure what other screenshot to add here as I can’t get past this one.

Here is another screenshot of what happens when I try to run Manager. To clarify, the first image came up on installation, this image shows what happens when I try to open Manager.

I did nothing different on installation, just the usual drag and drop the DMG file into Applications and confirmed overwrite of the existing installation.

Any ideas or solutions would be really great.

Okay. So I had to completely uninstall manager and now have the new version on my machine. However, I seem to have lost all my data. How do I retrieve it as I couldn’t do a backup before installing the new software.

I’m not familiar with MAC OS environment, but you can do a search for files with *.manager extension and use their parent folder as your Data Folder in your new Manager.
