Problem in openning

I updated my Mac software as usual … it not the first time :frowning:

Sorry, I am not a Mac specialist, I am using my phone so it is difficult to establish what iOS you are on or what you updated from.

You did not lose any accounting data. Your accounting data is not stored in the program. It is in a separate data file in your applications data folder. See the Guide: https://www.manager.io/guides/8394.

So what version of macOS are you on? (Sorry, @Mark, but that is not in the screen shots.) There have been some problems reported with macOS 11 (Big Sur), but not this one.

You also need to update your Manager software. You are more than 1,000 versions behind. Be sure you follow this Guide when updating: https://www.manager.io/guides/7116. After you have properly updated, come back to the forum and let us know whether you can open Manager.
