No you need to be able to setup a server and the cheapest ones are VPN servers. Search for VPN. If you are not familiar with running VPN or dedicated servers then I would advise you to subscribe to the Cloud Hosting.

This may turn out more affordable ($588/yr) than running Manager Server Edition (currently US$ 490/yr) on your own VPN (add another $100/yr for cheaper VPNs).

This has the advantage that upgrade issues, etc are covered by Manager because you will not get support for running your own server.

I explained that it is possible but only on VPN or dedicated servers. Google VPN hosting and you will see that this is different.

Server edition does not have such option.

The questions you are asking makes me think that you do not fully understand the technical issues involved in setting up and managing a server

This would make the Cloud version a much more appropriate tool to use than the Server version
