First of all, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for this amazing software. Manager.io has been an excellent solution,
and I truly thank the development team for their great work.
After using the cloud version for almost a year, I would like to share some suggestions that could make the system even more powerful and complete:
1- Backup with Attachments
- The backup feature works perfectly when transferring data from the cloud version to the desktop version. However, attachments are not included in the backup. I hope this important feature can be added in the future.
2- Custom Tabs
- It would be very useful to have the ability to create custom tabs that can store forms where all fields are customizable. For example, creating a “Tasks Manager” tab or any other custom workflow module.
3- Advanced Custom Reports

Currently, custom reports and advanced queries cannot pull data from multiple modules simultaneously Including custom fields in reports (e.g., combining Purchase Invoices and Journal Entries in one report with custom fields).
custom fields are not included in reports or advanced queries.

4- Easier Integrations
- Integration with platforms like Shopify or Zapier exists but is not very user-friendly. It would be great to simplify the integration process to make it more accessible.
5- AI Chatbot for Data Analysis
- Adding an AI chatbot inside the system to analyze all entered data would be a powerful feature. It could allow users to interact with their data, generate insights, and perform analysis through a conversational interface, similar to tools like NotebookLM.
6- Point of Sale (POS) and Branch Management
It would be very helpful to add a Point of Sale (POS) system with multi-branch support. This would allow sales teams to:
- Access only their branch inventory
- Create sales invoices
- Operate without access to other system areas
7- Default Sales Invoice Settings
- It would be useful to have the ability to save default settings for sales invoices (such as selected checkboxes), so they are automatically applied to every new invoice.
8- Display Available Inventory in Sales Invoice
. When creating a sales invoice and selecting an item, it would be very helpful to display the available stock quantity for that item.
9- Automatic Customer and Supplier Code (ID)
- Add the ability to automatically generate and increment a unique code or ID when creating a new customer or supplier. This would help maintain consistency and save time during data entry.
10- Quick Add Customer or Supplier
- When creating a sales invoice or purchase invoice, it would be very helpful to have the option to quickly add a new customer or supplier directly without leaving the current screen. This would streamline the workflow and improve efficiency.
11- Required Custom Fields
- Add the ability to mark certain custom fields as mandatory (required fields). This would ensure that important information is always filled in before saving a transaction or record, helping improve data accuracy and consistency.
