I’d like to suggest a couple of enhancements that would significantly improve workflow, especially for businesses in markets like Iraq where these features are particularly valued:
1. Enhanced Customer Summary Report
The Customer Summary report is incredibly useful, but adding the following options would make it even more powerful:

Sorting capabilities: Ability to sort customers by closing balance (high to low, or low to high) and other columns

Column visibility controls: Option to show/hide specific columns based on user preference

Custom themes: If feasible, allowing custom themes for reports would improve readability and professional presentation
2. Display Total Customer Balance in Sales Invoices & Receipts
It would be extremely helpful to display the customer’s total outstanding balance on sales invoices and receipts (showing the balance after the current transaction). This is particularly important in the Iraqi market, where customers expect to see their running balance. Making this an optional toggle would accommodate different regional business practices while maintaining flexibility.
These enhancements would greatly improve the user experience and make Manager.io even more adaptable to diverse business environments.
