When importing a backup file, I can’t access any attachment as if it wasn’t saved in the backup file.
any solutions ?
Are you transferring from cloud edition to desktop edition? I’m changing how attachments are stored for practical reasons and backup of attachments will be separate function.
I exported the backup file from Cloud edition and imported it in Desktop edition for the purpose of checking on the attachments being included in the backup file.
It’s good to hear that there will be a function for backing up the attachments.
