Add Footer to Sales Invoice

I cannot find how to add a footer to my Sales Invoice. The Guide says go to Settings/Footer. I do not have this selection

When a function has not yet been “used/activated” it shows but “faded” under the line in settings (see screenshot). Just click on it and start using it then it goes above the line.

What version number are you using?

It will be quite an old version as the settings screen shows “tracking codes”. So @blue make sure to update your Manager version.

I have just downloaded the latest version and I can now see the “footers” setting. Thank you so much for your help, it is much appreciated

To use footers you will have to install 3 years worth of updates.

But before you do so, you should see this post by @Patch:

Here is the solution.

Install version 20.9.89 which will still allow you to import this old database format and will convert to SQLite format.

Release Manager 20.9.89 · Manager-io/Manager.msi · GitHub

Once you’ve done that, you can upgrade to the latest version.

For v20.9.89, the last version which converts old data files to SQLite database see:

You need to do this to avoid data corruption since versions before 20.9.89 are NOT compatible with versions after 20.9.89.

Go to: Business Details and set the Country field to your country and this should download all necessary localizations.

GST Calculation Worksheet

The current version of Manger has a localisation “Business Activity Statement” (to calculate BAS) when
Manager → Settings → Business Details → Country is set to Australia

Then you can go to
Manager → Reports → (Bottom right corner) Australia, Business Activity Statement
