Is there any way that a footer can be added to invoices/quotes that default to all documents.
eg: Payment terms and conditions/EFT bank details etc
When I go to Go to Settings, then Sales Invoice Template to set sales invoice footer I cannot select “Sales Invoice Template” the drop down box is blank. Therefore I cannot edit/add a footer to invoices etc
You’re doing it wrong. Just create a new invoice and type the payment terms, etc., into the Notes field. Before saving the invoice, click the set default link that appears above the Notes field. Everything in that field will become the default for future invoices. Same for sales quotes.
