Please don’t let us have to guess what’s wrong with it but just indicate it.
And please use Windows’ Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch to make screenshots.

Or run it on Firefox?

Hello this is the view. I am using chrome. The above display print eg receipts without lines to separate columns etc
The image below is how it displays in another machine.
The below display is ok it prints the receipt will and everything is fine
Then it’s not a Manager issue but of your PC and browser.
This might your Windows theme. Check if it you have high contrast mode activated.
