Which version of Manager are you using (is on the bottom of your screen) and also mentioned Cloud, Server, Desktop, Windows, etc. This will help those capable to help you further.

these is desktop its the latest version just updated it now

What version number?

Therecan be many updates in a singleday, so “latest vetsion” is not explicit enough

It is always useful to provide the full number (is on bottiom of screen below language such as 21.2.98). Also indicate if desktop version which Operating System like Windows, Mac or Linux? and which version of any of these Operating Systems. When you browse the forum you will see that there are differences between these in terms of how they may interface with Manager.

@Angela_Tjitombo can you install WebView2 and try again? When you launch Manager, you should be prompted to install it.
