What is limit of number of businesses and number of users in cloud account ?
We do not have hard-limits. There are subscriptions with over hundred businesses and users and no problems. You are likely to run into issues having a single business with hundred thousand invoices. Manager is not optimized for business entities of such size but to be fair - that is true for literally every accounting package at our price level.
Worst-case scenario, you can always host Manager on your server if you happen to outgrow capacity of cloud edition.
So if i have 10 shops in different cities i can add them as 10 separate businesses and separate multiple users for all that?
If yes then whats major difference between cloud and self hosted?
Yes, you can do that.
The difference is purely on whose server is Manager running. If you are using cloud edition, it runs on our servers. We keep them updated, take regular backups and generally make sure you can always access the app.
If you self-host, you are on your own in terms of providing the server, doing backups, upgrades etc.
Cloud edition is more convenient and easy to setup but it comes at slightly greater cost.

Do you setup separate server version for every cloud user? I mean like VPS or its singlw server with multiple subcribers?
Of i choose server edition. What will be recommended req for VPS,
I mean in term of Memory, storage, speed etc.
If you choose VPS, you can pretty much go with the smallest instance you can get - that is 512 MB RAM if Linux and 1 GB if Windows. Manager is quite lightweight in that regard.
As for how we host cloud edition, we host them on Amazon AWS but we do not give private VPS to each customer. If you insist on private VPS, you will need to get server edition and host it yourself.
