Yest I has read the user guied and all the above
we want to restrict employees from viewing unrquired information. for expample, they only should view the entry they made not other entry.
My case is as follow, we gave two access to our sales team from different division, we donât want the sales team to view the other sales invoices but since the system doesnât has Creat and print Only permission. we are foreced to give him access View, Creat which gave them the ability to view the all the invoices. we have some invoices we donât want all the sales team who has acess ( view and creat ) to know any inforamtion about it.
this feature is highly required not by me only most of the above user looking forward to have a feature that will allow them to restric the permision for the system users
other software will give the ability to give the users access like view, create, edit, delete and print then you can give him access to one, two, three or all.

I have no information except what is in the Guide.
Any update on the user permissions. Now as many have pointed out, if a user is given permission to a tab, he can see the whole list. Users should only see their inputs and not that of the whole company. I am unable to give users any access due to this. the sales team will have complete knowledge of the quotes till date by everyone and the same goes with all tabs.
A lot of other userâs are facing quite similar issues for months now @JG-YPT

Thanks for delivering on your promise to improve the user security.
Although u have greatly improved upon the user restrictions as you promised I have realised there is something still missing. I will suggest that we have a restricted user who can be given the right to add a non-aministrator user at the business level under the settings rights. This persons will act as a local admin who can add other restricted users at the business level.
Creation of users should be done by only an administrator of the company.
Only one officer should be given the responsibility to set up another user on the platform.
