User permissions on server edition

I am currently trying manager server version. I want to limit my office assistant’s access of the program to sales and some basic functions but that seems not Possible. Pls anyone who has idea on how to go about it should guide me.

Actually the guide @Brucanna refers to is new one which is going to apply to the next version of server edition.

In the current version, you can create new user under Users tabs. You need to create the user as “Restricted user” (not administrator). This will show new option which will allow you to select business or businesses restricted user can see.

When you create the user, you can then further set user permissions for each business.
