For single touch payroll the issue is ensuring each day is reported exactly once. For fortnightly pay look closely at the end of one pay period to the start of the next pay period. For example

This pay roll period ends on the 22/03/2020

So the next must start on the 23/03/2020

For Bas Reporting of Tax withheld use

Not sure about correcting STP role pay event older than the last one

Yes changing the pay week dates has worked in ensuring one one week of salary is showing and not two . Looks like I will have to do some adjustments some how .
