Check

your History and Undo All Entries if deleted

This issue only occurs on your side.

If you are using the Desktop Edition, there is a possibility that the default folder has been reset.

You will need to locate where you previously saved your data and redirect the data folder to that location.

I was also thinking the same

I didnt know where it was saving

i think here was the data but now not showing except for my last backup+64 kb file

You can search for all files with the extension .manager on your computer. Maybe you can find it.

Dear Developers

Please help us in this regard

I have searched .manager as @Mabaega said but the files is just showing the 64 kb file (which is useless with empty layout)

@lubos

i have data till 30.11.2025 but from 01.12.2025 till 05.12.2025 isnt available

I just noticed you are using Windows with OneDrive active, however, your current business file is on your local drive.

I can’t say that I know for sure, but there is a possibility that Windows moved these files to OneDrive without asking for permission.

Also check that you’re logged in as the same Windows User as each user has their own Documents folder. I prefer to use folders which Windows doesn’t try to manage for me. In your screenshot your Trash folder is very new so it must have been created today. Your original data must be somewhere else on the computer. I don’t remember the default location for Manager files.

No, I am not using one drive at all

Please try to remind. please

I wasn’t using OneDrive also, until one day I saw that my Documents folder was almost empty. I found everything in OneDrive even though I distinctly remember that I removed it entirely from Windows Registry – but a windows update reinstalled it and undone all my settings.

OneDrive has a habbit of hijacking the entire User folder including Desktop, App Data and Documents.

Imho, this seems like a possibility worth entertaining.

  1. I agree with Ealfardan, first check inside OneDrive for a Documents/Manager.io folder.

  2. If there is nothing in OneDrive, older versions of Manager had data saved in C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Manager. More recently data is saved in Documents\Manager.io Try to enter the following into your Windows Explorer address bar %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hopefully there is a Manager folder in there.

  3. Are you sure you are logged into Windows as the correct User which you always use?

  4. My next suggestion, if you aren’t having any luck using Windows Search, would be to install Everything Search from voidtools.com (it’s free). I find it a better option for searching for files by name.
