I have just installed Manager and created chart of accounts. I cannot print or make a PDF. I have seen others with this problem using Mac 10.13.6. I understand you are working on a fix. How are we notified when there is an update to the program?
The bug topic will be removed from the bugs category. But I am not sure the developer is working on it, because he cannot reproduce the behavior.
If it is not fixed, I will not be able to use your software as I do need to print reports.
Is there a reason you cannot update your operating system?
What IOS should I update to that would enable me to print. I, cannot, at this time update to Big Sur
You should be able to update to Catalina, v10.15. However, you will no longer be able to run any old 32 but applications.
I too cannot print to a printer or create a pdf.
I do not want to upgrade to Catalina on my mid 2012 MBP. I use other applications that be too heavy on my processor if I did so.
What a shame if I have to stop using Manager after so many years as I am not in a position to buy a new laptop just so I can keep using Manager.
I have recommended this program to so many people. Was that a mistake?
@brenda2 @luhbulan until the bug is fixed, you can use workaround. Right-click on any link within the program to open in new window. This will open Manager is web-browser which will allow you to print without crashing.
I’ll have to wait until the bug is fixed. Right click isn’t working. Thanks Lubos.
You could try
When you right-click, you must choose “Open Link in New Window.”
Thanks, Patch!! This worked perfectly!
Thank you Patch! You’ve saved my sanity.
