I recently updated my Desktop version to the latest version v23.10.25.1106. However, I cannot setup my email connection.
I have read through the Forum but could not find any solution.
Apologies for the delay, I was out of the country.
After trying your recommendations, I still cannot get the email connection to work with the Manager software.
If you have any other suggestions please let me know ele, I have save every file and send it out individually.
A;so if you have any antivirus software install, pause it in total while you test your email sending. Some antivirus (or their settings) have caused heaps of issues with sending email from Manager.
