We have recently returned ‘home’ to Blenheim, New Zealand after … along with my wife Sandra, we have 10 years experience having owned and managed Holiday Management Rights (44 Apartment Medium Rise Complex) in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast and a Leasehold Motel (34 Unit Complex) in Caboolture, North Brisbane.

We have now decided to step away into semi-retirement and help others take that well deserved break and share our passion for the Management Rights and/or Motel industry both here in New Zealand and for longer assignments, in Australia.
