Email Settings

Hi, I have just upgraded my computer and run 365 on widows 11. I used to be able to send emails out thru Manager but cannot through my new computer.
The setup I used is the one for Office 365, but still get the error message “failed to send”.
When I use my normal email settings I get the error “The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 Client not authenticated to send mail. Error: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [MEXPR01CA0085.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com]”
I have the latest edition 22.10.31.476
Please can You Help.

Brenda
