I am using the desktop version of manger. V 26.5.29.3635 . The default (.PDF) handler is chrome. i have Win 11 PC. I notice that when clicking on the attachment to view, the screen goes to the main business page. This same attachment i am able to open in another PC. i am unable to understand the reason for this.

Our work is being serious hampered as we are unable to open some attachments on that PC. We would really appreciate and thanks if some guidance on resolution can be provided.
If it works on other computers, it is not a problem with Manager but with your browser. I would suggest clearing your browser history/cache by following the instructions from Google: help article
Also test with other browsers on the same device.
