I noticed that in the main window - “Summary” page, the entire right block is not translated into Lithuanian. I checked in Bulgarian - it’s the same there. I haven’t checked in other languages, but the situation is probably the same. Opening individual Tabs also contains untranslated text. I checked the translation (LT & BG) in the Translations.json file. Everything is fine there. Updating the software and restarting the server did not help. So the problem is in the Manager code. Maybe others also encountered the same errors?
Due to the limit on the number of photos that can be uploaded, I cannot upload all of the photos. About bugs - i mean that in the “Summary” window, on the right side, all links are without translation. First word in the link “Less Expenses” is underlined. Also, “comment titles” in all pages are very dull, they are very difficult to see (i have marked in blue).
I also found and another problem. If the Lithuanian language was selected, and later it is changed to English, for example, then the entire right block will be displayed in Lithuanian in the English version. Returning to Lithuanian or some other language, and then switching back to the English version, does not cancel the rendering of the right side block in Lithuanian.

No. The program’s behavior can seem confusing. The best way to understand it is to create multiple test businesses. Create one with your language preference set to Lithuanian. Then switch back and forth. Create another with your language preference set to German, and switch back and forth.
I tried the language switch with several languages - English, Lithuanian, Bulgarian and German. In all cases, the desired language was chosen first before the company was created. When switching languages, the situation remains the same - the titles (labels) of the right side block do not switch to another language. If in the entire program, all titles change to the selected language, they always remain in English on the right side of the “Summary” window. This is a bug in the program code, not the “behavior” or randomness of the program. As for the choice of languages themselves, the smartest solution would be to completely disable the language switching function in the user panel and leave it only in the admin panel. I will explain why. The main reason why the accountant should not be able to change the language of the interface is that if the interface itself switches to another language (now this is done with the bugs), then the content will still remain in the language in which it was created. Technically speaking, does it make sense to add buttons that don’t do their job? It would be enough for the administrator to set the language before the company is created.
This is not a bug but a serious inconvenience. @Tut in earlier post explained that Manager does not have live translation capacity.
Maybe the post by the developer here clarifies what you can do to help improving translations to languages that are not yet done properly and that you need to use. Also take note that whatever is typed in whatever language by the user such as chart of accounts, invoices, etc. do not get translated. In that sense translation remains limited.
Sure, accounts, custom fields, invoices and other can’t be translated. I do not talk about custom data, i.e. in the user (accountant) side. I mean native functions of program. There is no required direct translation here. When it comes to TITLES, it basically means that if the translation is in the JSON file, then the TITLES must change according to the selected language. I had a similar problem with my website. The problem was getting the data from the json file. Obviously, the situation here is analogous. I didn’t check the Win version, so I don’t know if the situation is the same there, but as for the Linux server version, the problem is obvious. I have checked JSON file and found only some non translated titles and phrases. I’m trying to make translations of not translated text and fix existing translation errors. I noticed one more thing. There are quite a few translators who are happy to use Google translate. This is a real disaster, because GT does not understand specific terms and sentence syntax, which results in a translation that requires you to sit down at the program, study it and figure out what means some titles.
There are no differences in Editions and Operating systems. It is all about the quality of the translation files and this is done through WebTranslateIt.
https://translate.google.com and inserting a web-url will not allow going past the login screen (Cloud Desktop) for obvious reasons. Therefore online applications including some extensions of Wordpress which is more a website development system rather than an online application, use systems such as Manager where you have to put in translations.
So the only way forward is to contribute to the translations team. Maybe @Lubos can provide some further insight.
Regarding translations into specific languages, I hold this old-fashioned opinion - such work should be done by those who have accounting experience and know basics of programming. Otherwise, you get - “Delete business” or “Clean business” instead of “Remove business”
Indeed basics of accounting but 0-need for programming skills because it actually is just putting a translation where the WebTranslateIT service can not translate something or where it puts a wrong translation. Yes, but there are a lot of accountants that know the correct jargon in their countries, hence they can contribute without having programming skills or knowledge. The WebTranslateIT has approval functionality and indeed no “amateur” has to participate in this as I already indicated that you do not have to and just can wait until someone with expertise does so.
I already indicated that it should not be used in the same vein as Google translate. Manager has put a list in English of all that it wants to be able to translate (such as Balance sheet headings) and even if WebTranslateIT suggests a word or phrase for each listed item it needs to be reviewed and corrected and as you said by someone who knows the standards like yourself as stated in:
