This looks like it could be an issue with your computer. Have you rebooted?
Also check the font preferences and settings on your default browser.
I notice on your task bar that you seem to use Chrome. Many problems have been reported with Chrome. Change you default browser to something else, like Firefox, and see what happens. (Although you are running the desktop edition, Manager operates as a browser and is affected by your browser settings.)

Helvetica neue font was the problem. once i uninstalled it, everything is perfect.
