It appears you want the Warranty Block to appear before the Notes Block.
If my assumption is correct, then I would think that it can not be done, because this is not a customization problem. Not everybody use the customized Warranty Block. The Developers will have to do a programming change and then the Invoice will change for all users, and maybe the Notes block, which others might use will now disappear completely.

This is currently not possible but Notes field will be a custom field and then it will be possible to make Notes appear after your other custom field, in this case Warranty & Serial No.
How?
You will need to wait a month or so for this. Manager has a lot of in-built fields which I’m planning to convert into custom fields. This will give you greater flexibility how they are sorted.
