i was using Manager program for a while and since to day this morning program do nothing when i double click Manager icon from my desktop. I did uninstall and install again but, still i can’t figure it out. please help.

I use Window 10.
Rather then uninstall and reinstall - do a new download and then click on “Run” rather then double clicking the exe file.
