Spacing issues with the quotes on line items.
Basically as per images below, before today, pressing enter and creating spaces at the end of the line item, will action it when updating a quote.
However,
Since about 6 or so hours ago… it no longer recognizing the spacing… cramming everything together which is problematic for those who get overwhelmed with text being close together, as below…
Any chance of fixing this please?
This is intended to fix another issue.
I see you are already using HTML markup. You can use <br> tag instead of blank space to enforce empty line at the end of the text.

You would need to write a custom theme.
Also experiencing the same problem after upgrading to latest release. Now have a price column which i cannot remove and item and description width is the same which makes mutliple pages.

@Glowafrica, your simple example is misleading you. The Price column appears because you are including a discount. It looks like redundant information because your quantity was 1 hour. If you had a higher quantity, Price would be the undiscounted product of the quanitity and unit price. See this example:
You can make that column disappear by entering the discounted unit price instead of showing the discount explicitly. That’s a business decision controlled by what message you want to give to your customer.
Your example shows that both the old and new layouts require the same vertical space: 1 line. If this is a typical entry for you, it is very hard to see how this would drive you to multiple pages. But, if that horizontal space is so precious, you can suppress the Item column by editing your item definitions. In this example, the service is a defined, non-inventory item for training workshop instruction on which the item name has been suppressed:
Plenty of room for lengthier descriptions.
