This solution is awesome! Hours on the phone between email provider and antvirus provider. Then, this solution popped up on here. Been dealing with this issue for a very long time. Even my AVG rep didn’t clue in on this little toggle on/off scanning outgoing email feature! Was blaming all kinds of silly possibilities. Oh my… thank you so much. (Spread the word!)
