Show "Paid from" in Payment print document

hi, is there away to show “Paid from” in payment print document or “Received in” in receipt? If it’s possible via custom theme, what is the field name to show it?

Why would you want to show that information?

The Receipt is meant for a customer to show that the have paid - but there is no need for them to know where you lodged their payment.

Likewise, a Payment can be sent to a supplier to show that they have been paid and, again, they do not need to know where the funds came from

No. Even with a custom theme, that data cannot be shown, because the program does not pass it to the theme for display. Custom themes only change appearance. They cannot add content.

it’s also meant for internal use.

Remember Manager is designed to be used on a computer, not just to be a way to generate paper documents.

This actually can be accomplished using Custom Fields. It works for both payments and receipts and can be used on Cash Accounts and Bank Accounts. Just keep in mind that, as mentioned before, everyone can see this.
