I am trying to receive payment to an invoice created. When I view the invoice from my list of invoices, I use to be able to ‘receive money’. I don’t have that option anymore.
Any thoughts?
Has customer been selected on the invoice? If customer is not selected, Receive money
button on invoice won’t be visible.
@JasonH. you may also be referring to an older version of Manager, which did have a button specifically labeled Receive Money. That was replaced a couple years ago by the New Receipt button. See the Guide: Record a receipt | Manager.
