Receipt not working

On the recently updated Manager for Windows the receipts payment for the invoice not working???

You need to furnish more information. Describe the circumstances and illustrate with screenshots. And how is the program not working?

Hi Tut, When I go to Sales Invoices and I want to make a receipt to an invoice I received payment from my client I select the balance due go to new receipt, and create it, if I go to the sale invoice again the invoice is still unpaid. It was not the way before. Is that due to the 23.3.21.732 update? can you help in this matter? thank you

Where are screenshots of Edit screens and other relevant information? No one can help without information. We cannot see your records.

in the section Sales invoices the invoices in question stay unpaid when I recorded a receipt for each.
Can you help on this matter? Thank you
