If you can still access your data, it’s a good idea to download a backup of all your business data.
Create a new cloud subscription using your email or your business email and restore all your data to the new subscription.

Your problem is very difficult to resolve as for example I could claim to be the owner of your account but do not have the login credentials nor is my phone-number or email known by Manager.
Your solution is mentioned by @Mabaega but as you do not even have admin rights and restricted user permissions the only way for you is to find the IT employee and ask him for the necessary details.
I noticed you posted a request for help with a technical issue, you got an answer yesterday within an hour but obviously that did not help a problem that I do not think you can be helped with by Manager without breaching their customer security.
