I tried to set new permissions for a new user, when I impersonated the user it kicked me out and said the permissions is not set, thereafter I tried lgging in with my own cridentials and my entire buisiness is gone…How can this happen as I did not delete anything?
I’ve basically tried everything, I have tried resetting the administrators password…according the cloud service it has been updated successfully but again when I log in it says user name or password incorrect. If I log in under my normal credentials, it does not show the business and when I log into the “office Manager” credentials the permission is not set.
