The problem of the logo disappearing when printing in the latest version 25.9.21.2807

I can’t reproduce your issue on Cloud version 25.9.21.2807.

Please provide some screenshots

The version is desktop, not cloud.

How come you have the latest version then? :thinking:

Yes, I am running the latest desktop version.

Maybe the version lag was solved somehow, anyway.

  • Can you please share some screenshots?
  • How did you print? using Print or PDF?
  • What is your logo image extension? How big is it, both physically and in terms of disk space?

It appears there is indeed an issue when printing on the desktop edition. I am using the desktop edition version 25.9.21.2807 for Windows.
