Hi,
Our business logo suddenly stopped appearing on printed Payments & Receipts.
The logo appears on the print preview, but on does not show up on the printed documents.
What can be the issue?

We have tried on 2 different printers. Same result.

I cannot reproduce this. What operating system? What browser? What happens if you print to PDF?
Prove with screenshots.
I have attached the PDF version & also the printed document.
OS : Windows 10 PRO
Browser : Google Chrome
As i said it suddenly stopped printing logo in both my companies in Manager.io software. Have tried on different printers as well.
Edit: if i save it as pdf & then print, the logo appears in the printed document.
I have removed your PDF link because it is a security risk to other users. Please post screenshots.
