I fill out receipts upon receiving payments from my customers, and just make out a receipt, not using payments against any of their invoices. But none of these payments show up on their customer statement. I’ve tried also receiving payment by going to invoice first and still it’s not reflecting on customer statement. It’s only happened recently. Been using program 2 years no problem. What could be the problem? I’;d really appreciate some help here!!!

Are you following the instructions in this Guide, in the section on receipts against sales invoices: Record a receipt | Manager? To show on the customer statement, the receipt must be posted to Accounts receivable >> Customer.
