When I send out the invoices from a new business I have created in Manager, there is no pdf invoice attached. Instead it seems like a link needs to connect to an online server to display the pdf invoice. When the client is not online, the invoice can’t be accessed.
The strange thing is that my old businesses ( still active) on Manager software, does not do this.
I am inundated with clients who can’t access their invoices.
I have been using Manager for about 7 years. but I am not a coder.
