As of today, quotations or invoices sent via email will not open when sent to a client or even copied to my email address! Any idea why, as has worked all the time before.
You need to explain your setup. Show screen shots of your email settings and your Legacy Features. Also describe what recipients are seeing. Troubleshooting without information is impossible.
What edition and version are you using?
I updated the program last night…Manager x64 101mb 10th March 2022. No success!
Going to post photos. Does not matter who gets the mail, same response on attachment…Click VIEW and goes to site, which USED to work for months now. Suddenly all just stopped, creating a huge problem.
Hope the photos will assist.
Sadly, it worked perfectly, but no longer. Any assistance would be appreciated. I am now scanning and sending to clients, so that the service is not interrupted that we provide.
Look forward to some help…Thanks and regards, Garth
The client gets the email as seen on the screen shot. No settings have been changed on my computers, nor theirs.
When the file arrives, one normally just clicked on VIEW, and it goes to the site 127.0.0.1.
Hope this helps. So strange that it suddenly stopped… regards Garth
You heed to give all the information that Tut asked for
Also instead of a photo of the monitor, please use the screen capture tool provided by Windows to capture the screen images and post the results

IP 127.0.0.1 is local to your computer. No outsider will ever be able to view that via the internet. Manager changed to a system with Customer-Portals (settings) where an email with a quote would now send a link to that portal. This only works like that on Cloud and Server Editions (latter needs valid IP / Domain name). It will thus not work on Manager Desktop.
Although the Manager internal PDF generator is no longer supported by the developer (there are many discussion on this in the forum so no need to repeat) you can still use it as per link provided by @Patch (enable in Settings → LegacyFeatures) see screenshot:
Alternatively you can in the Quote view screen click on PRINT and save as PDF that you then send using your email application.
In our business which are all plain English the legacy PDF generator works perfectly well but other language users such as Arabic have lots of problems with the legacy one and either use PRINT option or when Server / Cloud version the customer portal link.
Thanks for the invaluable input. I have solved the problem by using the PDF setting.
