Need to download manager every time I open it

Every time I open manager, I have to reinstall it. It then reopens will all the data saved. I’ve read the other threads on this but I can’t seem to solve the problem.

I’m using an imac with Yosemite 10.10.5

I didn’t have this problem initially, only in the last couple of months (I’ve had the program for over a year). the icon is in launchpad but it doesn’t seem to matter where on the computer I open the programe from. It says manager.serialization Exception:Exception of type manager.serialisatonException’was thrown…and then a whole load of other stuff. Here’s a screenshot of the message i get.

This error message indicates you are trying to open an older version of Manager. This is why installing the latest version solves the problem.

Do you know how to properly install Mac OS X programs? Generally you’d drag & drop Manager app to your Applications folder.
