My businesses and their data has disappeared after changing folder

Hello, I need some help. My data and all businesses have disappeared. There’s a provision below the software that requests for change of folder or reset folder. I chose change folder and all my data disappeared. Some one help… I cannot do all that work again and deliver it on time if I recreate the businesses :frowning:

Have you tried clicking Reset Folder button?

I am scared of doing that. Won’t that just make the information disappear for good?

Manager doesn’t contain any code that would delete your data. Even deleted objects become an entry in History and removed businesses are simply moved to Trash folder.

Clicking on Reset Folder button is safe. It will change your folder back to default.

I have encounted the same problem, all businesses disappear suddenly. I didn’t do anything. I have clicked the Reset folder button, but it does not help.

@karlng can you search for *.manager files on your computer? These files represent your businesses. They will be in some folder.

Cannot find by *.manager, but i still see my file in my drive. Manager-osx-x64copy dmg. I have not changed the file name since i have downloaded the app

Try to search in the following folders, it is likely that your data is in one of the folders mentioned. Your data has a .manager extension
