I’d like to save more than one email address for customers and suppliers. This allows me to email as well as send a text message to a cell phone. I do this as repair jobs are completed. Is there any way to save more than one email address per customer or supplier?
Add more custom fields. All they will do, though, is store the information. They will not be linked to the email button.
Thanks for the response Tut but that’s exactly what i’m needing. I figured out custom fields aren’t linked to the email button. I was thinking a drop down list would work great that was linked to the email button. Maybe an email button on the customer list page and also in the customer information page would be nice too.
