1. email ideas - 2. printing issue - 3. templates

  1. Some of us use more than one email account.
Is it possible to add more than one emai accounts and pick the right one (dropdown list) when sending emails?
  2. I have prepared some templates . However when i choose to print an invoice or a sales proposal, it is way different if i choose to sent them through email. Furthemore, it uses the skeleton of the template, but the words have bigger font size, and some colors are not shown correctly.
  3. Can we create a template for the proposals or orders or any other document beside invoices?
  1. I agree with your point about email accounts. I also use more than one email address. I want to use one for clients and a different one for suppliers but I can only put one email address down! Hopefully the developer will implement this feature soon.
  2. Templates printing - this is a known bug and the developer will be implementing functionality to fix this issue in the future.
  3. Not at this time, but I suspect this will be the case in the future.

It could be implemented in future but I wonder, why do you maintain different email accounts for customers & suppliers.

For spam purposes. My clients will never sell my email address, but all I need is one supplier or company to harvest my email address and my email address starts getting spam. Also the email address I use for suppliers can be used by anyone in the company whereas my email address for my clients will be email that goes directly to me!
It also separates emails from clients and suppliers by having two different inboxes with relevant subfolders etc which makes it easy to navigate. These are three reasons off the top of my head but there are many reasons why people would want different email addresses for suppliers and clients.

→ any update on this? Our reason is we have multiple sales personnel and the sales quote will be coming from them. We’d want to have a separate reply to email depending on who sent the email

In your situation, it sounds like the best approach would be to save PDFs of forms you want to email and attach them to emails sent from your regular email accounts.
