Migrating from Quickbooks

Good Day Everybody,
I want to migrate a business from Quickbooks.
In searching on how to do it, I searched the guides and came across
the following old post of 2018.

In doing so, I get the following error:

I have:
Win 10
Manager Version 21.8.0

Can anyone help?

Migrating from Quickbooks

I want to migrate from Reckon Accounts (Quickbooks). Is it possible to import lists (e.g. custromers, suppliers, inventory) from a TSV or CSV file? Quickbooks exports to an Intuit Interchange Format (IIF) TSV format file, which I manipulate in excel.
