Manger will not launch after successful installation

Manager version higher than release after October, 2019 will not launch after successful installation.
I don’t know what else to do.

I have a Core i3-2100 CPU @3.10GHz. with installed RAM capacity of 4GB and Windows 7, 64bit Operating System.

I installed the 64bit software
I need additional help please to enable me use the recent updated versions.

Have you Microsoft webview2 runtime installed?

If you don’t get any error message, try to uninstall the program, then install again.

If the issue would be WebView2, then Manager would prompt to install.
