Cant seem to start Manager on PC. Downloaded latest version and just keep getting overflow error. Can someone please help?

try adding Manager to your Antivirus whitelist or try disabling the antivirus
Another poster reported the same problem a few days ago, but has not posted whether he solved the problem. Perhaps @bhanuhitesh will let us know.
Your problem does not seem to be a problem with Manager, rather something with your computer. Start by doing a full Shutdown and then Start your computer. Then try Manager. If that does not work try SFC /scannow.
If you are not familiar with the SFC command or it does not work, you should consult a local computer technician.
