Cant get manager to load in Wndows 8.1, here is a copy of the event log. Can anyone help?

Can you try to launch ManagerServer.exe file in Manager installation folder?
Yes, I have tried that. A box comes up and says “ManagerServer has stopped working… A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available”
I even tried with the “Port” and “Path” options

Do you get any error or anything in console itself when launching ManagerServer.exe?
Nothing, just blank screen sometimes, sometimes console does not even show.

Could you try to boot into safe mode and see if Manager runs?
