hi I have installed manager on a self-hosted server but when I test the email I receive the test message but when I want to send the invoice via email it does nothing.

Unfortunately, this could be due to a whole bunch of causes.
I’m going to need you to give the following information so we can have something to work with:

What version of Manager are you running?

What OS is running on your servers?

Have you tried sending the email from Manager to the same sender address? This is a very important diagnostic step

Have you checked your DMARC, DKIM, and SPF scores?

Have you examined your firewall settings?

When I press email on the invoice, It does not redirect me to the new dialogue to put in the email address and message it does nothing when I press email
Have you setup all email needed stuff at settings? Servers, credentials, etc…
Yes I have and I have sent a test email in the settings and that works
OK, than trace logs. Here same version at Windows working just fine. Check if you can generate PDF’s with button next to it, because Emails want to embed Invoices PDF. Also read around forum for linux problems with self hosting, generating pdf and non secure content.
