Email settings not working

pls assist with receiving emails

Do you mean sending emails?

Manager has no feature to receive emails

When entering email settings and testing it gives me a error- operation has timed out

I mean sending invoices quotes etc to my personal email

From manager

You need to tell

  1. What edition of Manager you are using - Server, Cloud or Desktop
  2. What version number - it’s at the bottom of the screen
  3. What email provider
  4. What email settings have you entered - post a screenshot of the Edit screen of the Email settings and hide any personal information such as email address or password
