What version are you using right now? I’d try the very latest version as something has changed yesterday which could solve it for you.

click yes and wiil not open.
I have the same problem… I have downloaded and installed the latest version (05/12/2016) of Manager and programm stopped working at all.
Nothing happening when double click on the icon (on Desktop or .exe file).
Obviously, I have restarted my PC, reinstalled Manager - nothing changed.
It was working months without any issues, so I presume this is something with new downloaded file.
The latest working version was …12.5 I believe.
It is on Windows 10 (up to date)

Last ‘Windows update’ was on 09/11/2016 so this has nothing to do with it.
I am facing the same problem. Try to update the latest version of Manager today (05/12/2016). After installation, nothing appear when I try to run the apps.
Also experiencing issues
Installed Manager today (05 12 2016) installed and it failed to open
Uninstalled, removed all manager folders, did a cleanup, restarted computer
Manager still failed to start
W10 Version 1607 14393.447 64 Bit
Addendum to previous post
The Manager version installed was 16.12.13.0
Another addendum
Went through the uninstall / remove folders / reboot and installed version 16.12.9 and this started up fine
Hope that helps to solve this issue
@kam - Was version 16.12.9 a new download or a prior download which you have re-installed.
This way help others.
Version 16.12.13 was indeed broken. The latest version (16.12.14) is fixed.
